Hours need to be updated that the drive-thru only is 24 hours and that the inside closes after a certain time. It presents inaccurate information. If closed on the inside why were multiple people still inside for a significant amount of time
The Hispanic woman with a deep voice, short hair like a man and tattoos on her arms is always confused and all over the place. Every time she's there it makes me want to go somewhere else. One time at the drive thru she took my card and had it for at least 5 minutes brought it back then never brought me my food & finally someone els came outside to bring me my food after a very very long wait. Her voice is very off-putting and she's always sticking her hands in the bags to and touching food to see what it is instead of reading the recite that's attached to the bag and know someone else that eats there that feels the same way as I do about her because she's not good at her job at all and even worse when communicating with customers. Please please replace her with someone better or loyal customers will go somewhere else when she's there. It's not like the rest of the staff is the A team but they aren't as irritating as she is only time I've been irritated with the other staff is when I order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they always give me sausage even tho they will read me my order back as bacon when I'm paying makes no sense.
Must I say I’ve never had a customer service the way Chassidy help me on point she made my day after two heart attack and seven surgeries less than year she made me smile made me feel good for the first time in a long time. Depression is no joke. Thank you for helping me you and your staff. Your establishment is clean and the service is great. I will recommend my family friends.
Come along way, but somehow moved backwards.. Whataburger used to be the spot. Over by 59 Diner or OST ,parking lot pimpn on the late night with the crew.. get a patty melt with griddles jalapeños, people hanging outside... man..now... freezer burnt ,under fried bag fries and a burger seasoned with duty ,sadness and a hint of indignation . .. how did we let Carl's Jr and 5 Guys creep up on us like that... 🤷🏽♂️🤘🏽. Go support Someburger instead!!!!
A bit of a wait for fresh food anytime you go, you always receive service with a smile. On the rare moments that your order is messed up. They WILL fix it quickly without hassle. I know my orders are odd at times, yet they ALWAYS dose their best. For that I am very thankful to them morning noon or night. Never a problem. They are doing something right to always be busy during lunch. 🤠❤️
