My tire kept losing pressure even after I filled it, so I assumed it had a puncture. I stopped by Wheel Works without an appointment, and Timothy was very helpful even though they were extremely busy. They found a nail in my tire, patched it up, and had my car ready within a few hours. The drop-off and pick-up process was easy, and the service was fast, efficient, and affordable.
Strongly recommend avoiding this shop and looking elsewhere. Been here a few times and always shocked how bad the experience is. Some examples: 1. Last time they put on tires they put them on facing the wrong direction. They were unidirectional tires with clear arrows indicating as such, so this was an obvious mess up on their end. 2. Every time I’m here, and I mean EVERY time, the guys at the desk will just ignore me and won’t acknowledge I’m there. They’ve picked up multiple new phone calls, and left to go to the back of the shop a handful of times, before even asking why im there. 3. They don’t take notes, so even if you’ve called before to arrange service the have no idea why you’re there. Just go anywhere else…
I came on a busy Saturday during the holidays, and they helped me right away. I needed air in my tires, which they filled immediately. They were nice and polite and said no charge for this service. It literally could not have been an easier experience, during a hectic time of year no less. I will be coming back again and again now, no matter what my car needs — thank you for making my day and holiday season better!!!
Go anywhere else! In severe debt because of this place. I let them know I wasn't working but needed a new tire. They talked me into buying new tires because my tires were old and supposedly balding but they weren't all that bad. They gave me an option to open a credit card with wheel works and lied and said it was 0% apr for the first year. I took advantage of the sweet deal (I thought), mind you I didn't have a job so I ended up using the card for food and gas and necessities and when I end up realizing they'd been charging me interest the whole time. When I tried to dispute this with the credit card company they were giving me the run around. They're all a bunch of scammers, they are trained to keep information from customers in order to charge us all sorts of bs fees. This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Shame on wheel works for working with them and not being truthful with the customers. I won't ever recommend wheel works nor cfna to anyone. You're better off going to local tire shop or dealership.
Every time I have had my tires serviced /changed or oil change i can confidently say the men working here are great ! From Steve to Jonathan to newer staff to the long time retired staff who had me laughing always. They are really busy and yet go out of their way & put a smile on your face. Its a joy to see Steve or Jonathan? (Am terrible w remembering names esp) all these years. Have been getting my car /tires serviced at wheel works for at least ten yrs. prices are increasing- he located my life time tire warranty from 7 yrs ago making my bill more manageable. Times are tough & it makes a difference when someone goes the extra mile. He makes it easy for customers. For me, it’s a pleasure to go here with these kind gentlemen. Old school down to earth human kindness is a win. And my 4 tires were replaced & aligned in record time. I hope they get huge bonuses. Bc they deserve it. Thank you!
