WE LOVE THIS PLACE! The customer service was outstanding and above and beyond. They truly care about their business and their customers. We were visiting Denver and accidentally purchased the wrong sizes while shopping. Our flight was leaving early the next day and we didn’t have time to make an exchange. My boyfriend called and asked if it was possible for them to send us different sizes if we shipped our sweatshirts back to them first. We spoke with Luke and they were so accommodating! Luke made sure to set our items aside so they wouldn’t sell out and they promptly sent them to us as soon as they received our package. We will definitely support this place again and again! 10 out of 10!!
Great little souvenir shop to hit on 16th Street. If you need a hoodie, this is good spot to get one.
OMG this beautiful store is a tourist’s dream. The Rockies have been on my bucket list forever and I finally made it, starting my trip in Denver. There are so many styles of merchandise to buy. The shop is clean and bright. My salesperson Tae was amazing helping me. She directed me to a youth hat, as adult sizes were too poofy. She helped with other things and was so friendly and happy to be working with people. You’ve got a great shop, and a great representative in Tae!! Thank you.
The merchandise was affordable and they offer military discount, which is awesome! Tae, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. She had excellent customer service!! Would definitely visit this store again if I ever come back to Denver!
If you are visiting from out of town, this is one place to go and find your Colorado memorabilia. This place is located Across the street from the Denver pavilion downtown on the 16th St. mall. The staff are extremely helpful answering some of my questions. I also doing some trivia likename of the mascots for CU buffalo and the Denver Broncos. My two daughters and wife had a blast looking at the merchandise. This was one of those times as a father that I can put in the memory.
