Hi, my name is Alexis and I just had my Wedding on 01.17.2026. I can with complete honesty say if you are on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator, 100% do it. Having Jennifer from White Rabbit Events was an absolute joy and pleasure. She is extremely down to earth, has bubbly personality, and really is proactive in getting your vision. She gave periodic check in throughout our wedding planning process with specific timelines and checkpoints to meet over the course of the months. If we ever needed anything, or had questions we felt completely fine reaching out even if we asked the question a few different times different ways (lol). Jennifer just clicked with my mom, mother in law, and I — she was completely on the same page of seeing our visions and being proactive in knowing what we wanted without us even having to specify. In short she is extremely proactive and made us feel at ease with the process. She helped communicate efficiently and effectively at our rehearsal and wedding day with our different vendors and the day went by with ease. It made me and my moms feel comfortable knowing there was someone there, ie Jennifer, who had our backs and we fully could trust. I, as the bride, also loved working with Jennifer as she is hilarious too. We just clicked and I will forever be grateful for her help in making our wedding day and weekend so easy, seamless, and fun. I know with confidence she will do the same for your wedding! Jennifer and her team exceeded every expectation. We have worked together for a year and the day-of coordination was flawless. It is extremely rare for a couple to wholeheartedly believe nothing went awry on their wedding day, but this was the case us. It was more than perfect! The attention to detail, ability to manage every moving party with ease was incredible. Everything flowed beautifully and went exactly as planned. If you are looking for someone who is genuinely invested in making your vision come true and works collaboratively, look no further!!
Jennifer Browne and Thao Tran were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. They handled every detail with so much care and intention. Jennifer beautifully set up all of my décor exactly the way I envisioned it, and Thao went above and beyond — making sure I stayed hydrated, touching up my makeup right before our reception entrance, and keeping me calm and comfortable through the whirlwind of the day. At the end of the night, they packed up everything so seamlessly that all we had to do was walk out the door and head off to our honeymoon without a worry in the world. Their organization, kindness, and professionalism made our day run smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for coordinators who genuinely care and make your day effortless, Jennifer and Thao are the dream team. Highly, highly recommend! 💛
I truly don’t know what I would have done without Destiny from White Rabbit Events. From the moment we started working together, she was organized, supportive, and on top of every detail. She made the entire planning process feel so much smoother and was an absolute rock on the big day. Destiny went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. Whether it was handling last-minute decorating issues, helping entertain my toddler during all the festivities or smoothing over any family drama, she managed it all with grace and professionalism—and never let me feel even a hint of stress. Thanks to her, I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day without worrying about a thing. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want someone who’s calm, capable, and truly cares about making your day perfect, Destiny is the one. I would absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat!
Jennifer is amazing! She’s high energy, very knowledgeable. I just can’t imagine what me weddings day would look like if I didn’t have her help. She truly got what I envisioned for my wedding, helped me stay within my budget (which totally my fault because I’m bugie I passed) haha the day of was so smooth, no problems came to me, which made me enjoy every second of the day. I want her to plan all the party’s I will have in the future honestly hahaha I love you Jennifer!! Thank you for being the planner I dreamed for!
