After considering several options i chose to go to Wholesale Jewelry to have some heirloom pieces fixed. They did not disappoint. Husband and wife Charley and Dustin Corbin were very efficient and delivered exactly what I wanted done at a considerably fair price. They did a clean, fantastic job on the repairs and i couldn't be happier with the results. Both Charley and Dustin were very patient with me as i explained what i wanted among several pieces. They had my pieces ready the next business day. Charley is very sweet and understanding. I finally have found a trustworthy jewelry place for my heirloom pieces. On Friday Nov. 7, 2025 I decided to stop by this place and see if they were interested in buying some gold nuggets I have. I’m not sure what has happened it’s been about 5 or 6 years since I’ve been here. I have always been treated fair, the workers they use to have here was amazing. But like I said I haven’t been here in a while until yesterday. Soon as I was inside there was an older gentleman behind the counter he was not very welcoming he just kind of said hi but I could tell from his demeanor did not want to give me the time of the day really. So I walked up to him he never asked can I help you nothing I had to say hello I was wondering if ya’ll wanted to buy some gold nuggets I have he very quickly said I’m sorry but we are closing as he looks down at his watch and he then notices it’s only 4:10pm and they don’t close till 6pm. There was a couple that walked in the same time I did and they did not tell them they were closed the lady actually helped them. I feel like he judged me the moment I walked through the door but what he didn’t know is I had 2 gold bars as well as several nuggets fairly decent in size. I was wearing clothes I painted in because we were painting my granddaughters room at our house and he probably thought I didn’t have nothing. His attitude was very poor and I was actually pretty shocked because I’ve always been treated fairly here until yesterday. But I can tell you they lost this customer and several other. If your looking to sell I would recommend BigBoys or if your looking to purchase jewelry I’d recommend Kay’s they if their hrs say 6pm Kay’s will be open until 6 pm.

I went in to get my battery installed on my 1970s, Hamilton watch. Charlie immediately greeted me.I also had some jewelry with me that she appraised, and it took her five minutes to put the new battery in. It was a decent price. Great experience! No hassle and a warm welcome.I will definitely be back!

Phillip helped me out and was so knowledgeable and professional that I honestly thought he was the owner. He made the whole process quick and easy, and even offered to clean the other chains I was wearing, for free! I usually have my go-to jewelers but now I’m glad to have a solid local spot I can count on. They do all the work in-house, which gives me even more confidence in the quality. Highly recommend!
