I can't say enough good things about Wildnorth Flowers! I had my eye on them for my wedding for months as I wanted to use a local a la carte company in Toronto. I cannot overstate how incredibly happy we were with our ground florals! We placed the order less than 2 weeks before our big day and they arrived at our venue, sight unseen ad they were perfect! They were easy to communicate with over email and took all inspo and personal requests that we had and our florals turned out amazing. I cannot thank the team enough for providing our beautiful ground florals. x

I wanted to give them a 1, but that felt mean. They are a small business and maybe don’t have customer service fully figured o it. But my goodness. Had a pretty negative delivery experience which is about 25% of flower delivery. They couldn’t deliver the birthday bouquet (said there was no unit number but I def included when I ordered). They say they tried twice but I didn’t hear from them until it was too late and neither did the recipient. They told me they would try again Monday, then suggested I order an uber to deliver it myself if I wanted it delivered the same day. But they closed at 4pm so before that. I ended up having a courier pick it up from them and deliver it. They refused to pay for it or give me money back for the delivery they didn’t do. Every opportunity I gave them to solve this reasonably, they said no thank you, this is your problem now. I saw the flowers in the end: a $150 arrangement with a few too many carnations and a couple of already wilting roses. I said to my friends who I ordered it with, you know who would never do this? Tonic Blooms. Never again.

Wild North Flowers never misses! Their arrangements are always unique, the flowers last way longer than any other shop I’ve tried, and the prices are great. Ordering is super easy, and anytime I had a question the operations manager was really helpful. Hands down my go-to flower shop! 🌸💐🌺🌷
