We initially booked based off of a recommendation. Our wedding was November of 2025 (I'm behind on reviews) and a couple weeks before our wedding, we started running into a lot of issues with the owner, Brian. He had sent a text asking us to pay by venmo or paypal to avoid fees from the contract website. We didn't respond right away so we could talk about it as a couple. It was late in the evening a couple of days later when we decided we wanted to move forward with payment through the contract as it felt more secure. We made the payment with plans to text Brian the next morning. Within hours of us making this payment, he sent us a refund (without telling us) and resent his text asking for venmo. Once my husband was able to respond, he let Brian know we wanted to pay through the contract. He was very insistent on other payment methods. He explained he got a loan through HoneyBook but didn't' realize how much was going to be taken from client payments (not our problem). We stated multiple times that we weren't comfortable with it and wanted to continue using the contract. He was very pushy and wouldn't let it go. We asked for a new contract stating that payment can be made outside of HoneyBook (such as venmo or paypal). We eventually agreed to cash on the day of our wedding, but it still felt very uncomfortable for us. We ultimately decided to cancel with him as all trust was lost. In return, he sent a recent positive review and my husband responded with a recent negative review once again asking to cancel. We finally received the cancellation notice after too much back and forth. Not the stress a couple needs days before a wedding. Horrible customer service overall

Having DJ Brian at our wedding was the highlight of the evening! Our guests (both younger and older!) had a blast and he made sure they were dancing and having fun all night. As someone who had no clue how to hire a DJ, he made it super and easy to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone. The lights were fantastic and complemented the venue perfectly. We would also recommend adding the Photo Booth service, our guests LOVED this feature!! Best night of our lives so far, don’t miss out on booking Wildside Entertainment for your wedding.

We overall had a great experience with Wildside Entertainment. DJ Doug was the DJ for our wedding and he was absolutely incredible! He showed up on time, set up everything perfectly, and was on top of the important songs for our ceremony. During the reception, he made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was good throughout the night and worked closely with our photographer to stay on track with the timeline. He played all of the songs on our must play list and kept the dance floor going all night. We could not have been more please with Doug! He seriously was one of the best! While our day turned out perfectly and our experience was good overall, I couldn't give the company a full five stars. Where the star was lost was in the preparation for the event with Brian (the owner of the company). I am very type A and fully planned this wedding myself, so I was diligent to hire vendors that I felt were on top of it. Which we felt that he was when he responded quickly initially, sent us a bunch of information, and even sent us a detailed questionnaire to be sure he had all the info needed. Unfortunately, in the last few weeks, I felt pretty stressed working with Brian to finalize details. He completely missed our first meeting (no fault of his own) but did not inform us that he would not be able to make it until I reached out to him. Then at our rescheduled time, I checked in with him 30 mins before the meeting to make sure we were good to meet, he said that he was but would be a few mins late, then called almost an hour late. During this meeting, Brian informed us that one of his other DJ's would attend (DJ Josh), who was also on the call, which we really liked that the DJ coming to our day was in the meeting to hear the details. However, the day before our wedding, Brian called out of the blue to let us know he was changing the DJ on us. While this did work out really well, it was a bit stressful for me since DJ Doug was not on the planning call. During this planning call, Brian told us that he would have a timeline to us on Monday (9/8), but didn't actually get us a timeline until late in the evening on 9/18 and our wedding was on 9/20. Finally, I had asked Brian 10 days before the wedding (via text) to change my father-daughter dance song, which he responded and acknowledged, but on the day of, it was the old song. This was not a huge deal, but still a little frustrating. Overall, we did have a good experience with Wildside Entertainment and are glad we hired them. However, if you are Type A, I would recommend that you make sure you are very clear on exactly what you want during your event. We got really lucky that DJ Doug was so good and on top of things!

Brian was such a pleasure to work with. He DJ’d for my wedding, and he was always willing to do whatever I wanted to do; change up speeches before dinner instead of after dinner, letting someone sing karaoke, and let me and the groom have one last dance alone in the venue. The only negative thing that happened was he accidentally messed up our first dance song, but he noticed it right away and changed it. He always knew what song to play. He even had an extra photographer booth in his car and put it up for free. It was the highlight of our night! Thanks Brian for helping create the best night of our lives.

Amazing!!!! We had DJ Josh for our daughter’s wedding yesterday and we were blown away with every aspect of his service. The dance floor was always full, the songs were always on point and his direction for the guests went above and beyond. He was so helpful with the guests and the Photo Booth as there was always a crowd at it. I highly recommend you get the package with the Photo Booth! Josh was very professional, he showed up early and double checked with us and our daughter that the timeline for the day was exact. Having the extra setup for the ceremony so we could have the prelude music was one of our favorite parts. The officiant had a wireless mic so everyone was able to hear the ceremony. The dance floor lighting was so fun and we caught Josh dancing along all night! You can tell how much he loves his work and he takes pride in it. I would highly recommend Wildside Entertainment for your event! Thank you for helping make our daughter’s special day so perfect!
