My husband has been taking our dogs here since 2018. We even started taking our cat there because of the experience we’ve had. When we had to put our dog down a few months ago, the staff were really compassionate and patient with us and made sure to educate us on everything with what to expect. We can always count on them to get same day appointments, weekend appointments, and an overall great customer service experience.

I have visited twice with my foster dog and been pleased both times. I saw Dr. Schill first and then Dr. Hoffman today. I was able to get a same day appointment for a sick visit. The feeling I get is that this practice is caring, knowledgeable and accessible. The office staff has been friendly and efficient. I’m glad I found this practice and I wish I had known about them sooner. Keep up the good work!!

Made an appointment a month ago to get my sister's cat spayed with a spay voucher, confirmed multiple times on the phone that vouchers were accepted here, but apon arrival to the appointment were told they hadn't accepted vouchers since the beginning of the pandemic and it would cost $200+ for a spay here. Poor communication from this vet, and everyone I spoke to on the phone previously was not particularly polite or compassionate. I brought this poor cat out here at 8am for no reason, and she's terrified of car rides.
