The Women Who Lift program has been amazing. It’s a very welcoming and empowering environment! Throughout the last eight weeks of the beginner program, my confidence has improved, and I feel much more capable of doing some exercises on my own at home. The Women Who Lift program is amazing. Since completing the beginner program, I've continued signing up for the intermediate class at least 3 or 4 times in a row (I've lost count ). I struggle with staying consistent on my own, but this program has solved that for me. If you're intimidated by gyms and weight lifting then this will take all your worries away and you'll meet wonderful people and have a great time while you get strong. The trainers are amazing at taking you from whatever level you're at and developing your form and knowledge as you go. I could go on and on. I highly recommend!
