Highly recommend Yuri for your massage! She was so great and attentive with my concerns. Overall, atmosphere is great, service is great, and hospitality is great! The locker rooms are a bit small but not a big deal if you spend most of your time in the quiet room or at your appointment.
My first time at Woodhouse to bring in my birthday was a positive relaxing experience! Woodhouse was a top tier luxury experience, everyone was so polite & welcoming. Vanessa was my therapist & she listened to my concerned areas and focused a decent amount of time to loosen those areas. The quiet room was amazing and relaxing with the warm neck pillow & blanket along with a beverage of you choice. I normally go to hand and stone and they have nothing on this place! I definitely will be booking again soon! thank you Woodhouse !
I enjoyed my 50 minute Swedish Body Balance massage and could feel all of my stressors wash away as my muscles relaxed. Mandy was a great masseuse, who was professional, kind and gentle. The quiet room is so relaxing to begin and end an amazing experience. I highly recommend this spa experience!
I have been to most of the locations around central Indiana and I definitely prefer the Zionsville one. One of the reasons being, I think they have the best quiet room which is important to me! Although, at my most recent massage, I was surprised to come back to the quiet room and see that the they shut the fireplace off. This was at about 7pm so they had another hour of being open. Also, I think they were a little off their cleaning game. The floor was messy in the changing rooms and when I came back out to the quiet room after my service, my tea was still sitting there from before along with other dishes on the snack/beverage area. A masseuse who happened to come in the quiet room quickly grabbed it and said “sorry, let me grab this old tea that’s been sitting here for the past hour”. Did I sense some irritation in her voice that it hadn’t been cleaned up yet? Maybe. Which is understandable. However, my masseuse this most recent visit was so sweet and kind. Loved her! And when I went into the quiet room they had the warm neck wrap waiting at my chair which I really appreciated. That was something that did not happen at the Carmel location at my last visit. All that to say, I’d absolutely recommend the Zionsville location despite the couple of minor things I mentioned. I usually don’t have any complaints at all after my visits so I think this last time was just a little off night. It happens! Woodhouse is still my go to place for a good massage!
Honestly, this is just worth the money. If you want a mediocre massage or a mediocre pedicure, you can throw a rock and hit five places that will meet a mediocre expectation. But if you are looking to have a quality pamper yourself trip - definitely choose Woodhouse. Their quiet room (for all clients regardless of service you choose) is so tranquil, I could spend all day in there on a lounge with the warmed blankets and refreshments. I treated myself to one of the best pedicures I've ever received with a couple upgrades added and I know the polish will last me several weeks. The nail tech, (Allie - i highly recommend) took her time and gave a great leg and foot massage. I didn't feel rushed like other salons that want fast turnover. Woodhouse really wants you to have an enjoyable experience - and I had just that. It was such a great pick-me-up after a long and difficult week. Also, they sell a lot of lovely merchandise. My mom loves their eucalyptus and lavender shower spray so I have to get that for her at least once a year. I've been to the Zionsville location several times and I'm never disappointed.
