Driver mirror damaged ,will not go back to correct position after wash, was blamed on me for pushing mirror while in wash when both mirrors were pushed forward via car wash ( which dose every time I go threw woodies with out incident. ) this time I did try to save while in tunnel , I did speak with Heather and photos taken to submit for a claim,however was denied for believe I caused issues . Told all on camera. Well the mirrors were in perfect condition & position before I went in and should have see on there cameras they folded forward and I tried to fold back before anymore damage occurred .anyways disappointed that this is the result from going threw this car wash and that claim is denied from something I surely did not cause! Hopefully this will be reevaluated and made corrected but judging by Heather at woodies I am now stuck with a damaged mirror caused by woodies car wash. Awesome customer service
Tiberius was out there working with an arm injury, wearing a sling and still helping me wipe my car clean. I really respect that work ethic. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and genuinely good-spirited. I tried to tip him in cash, but he respectfully declined because of company policy. He just brings a great attitude and energy that will carry him far in life, but in the moment it makes my experience at Woody’s Wash Shack quite nice. He’s absolutely worth his weight in gold to Woody’s.
I was looking for a car wash that Incorporated soft wash technology. We have two brand new vehicles and wanted to make sure that they did not get scratched or scuffed up from the machines inside. So far we are pretty happy. Unfortunately it does miss dirt often on the Expedition Max and it doesn't clean my Mercedes tires that well on the shine. Overall, it's a pretty good deal though and most of the vacuum cleaners are at full strength, sometimes you get weak ones. We just joined the membership so we'll see how it goes.
I had an outstanding experience at Woody’s! From the moment I drove in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and professionalism. The facility was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in the service I was about to receive. I opted for the pipeline membership and was blown away by how sparkling clean my car was, they even took time to dry my vehicle Which is often overlook and other places The prices were reasonable for the quality of service provided. I’m definitely returning and recommending Woody his car wash to friends and family. A five star experience all around and thank you to Sam
Woodie’s Wash Shack is a great business to be a customer of! We have the monthly passes and visit several times a week. The staff is fantastic, the wash gets the cars really clean, and they’re detailing stations have clean towels always ready for you, cleaners, powerful vacuums, miniature air blowers for all the dust and particles, and a car mat cleaner! The line always goes really quickly. We will continue to be members for as long as there are Woody’s Wash Shack’s near us.
