In the 18 years that we have lived in Colorado, we've often dreamed about shopping at Woodley's Fine Furniture. Because of the stellar reputation for the highest quality furniture, we assumed it would be out of our price range. We were recently in the market for a new bed/mattresses and specifically looking for an adjustable bed. After making one very disappointing stop at a nationally known mattress store, we decided to go to Woodley's. We were warmly greeted by store manager, Eric, and assisted by Nikki, and within 20 minutes, we were writing up our order for the purchase of the Innova Sleep System! It was easy, friendly, and painless!! Nikki was the most gracious design associate and never once made us feel any pressure. The price was more reasonable than we could have imagined! Within a couple of weeks, two very capable and respectful young men (Mike and Rome) delivered and set up our bed. We love it! We highly recommend Woodley's and certainly will ask for Nikki on our next visit. Thank you, Chris Quay, for the recommendation!
We recently furnished a new home in Colorado Springs with Woodley’s, which turned out to be one of the best furniture experiences we’ve ever had. Every process from purchase to delivery, and customer support following delivery, is exceptionally well integrated, and completely with a Woodley’s employee. Woodley’s has an exceptional culture for high service standards. Our sales person, Woody Dunlap, was very experienced in each brand, helped us make the best decisions, and also created a space plan for us. Eric Gresse, store manager, happily assisted us on Woody’s day off when it was necessary. Nate Travis, a true craftsman, helped us repair damage caused by the mattress delivery, which was in no way related to Woodley’s. They simply took care of the situation, which is so rare these days. I highly recommend Woodley’s without reservation. Any additional furniture we purchase in Colorado Springs will be with Woody at Woodley’s.
Friendly sales person. She did give us wrong information about the upholstery we were looking at. She said it was leather. Saved over $500 buying the same piece at a smaller store that offered military discount.
Nice selection of quality furniture without having to travel to Denver. The prices are a bit on the high side, but you seem to get what you pay for with long lasting furniture.
