We brought our baby for her first bath, and we loved it! Everyone was so nice and kind. We especially loved the little personalized fall bandana with her name on it ♥️♥️ We’re really happy with their service and will definitely come back! Edit: Our baby had her second appointment today, and the service is truly amazing. Everyone is kind, responsive, and very friendly 💕 Love this place!! Plus, she loves their chicken feet! :D
I normally have the pleasure of having Wren groom my toy poodle, Coach, and she has consistently done an amazing job. From our very first visit, I was nervous bringing my baby in, but Wren’s patience, skill, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. She has always treated Coach with so much love and attention, and her work is truly top-tier. Recently, Coach broke his leg at home, so when I brought him back in, his coat was uneven and his leg hair was still growing back. With it being his first Christmas, I really wanted him groomed even though Wren was fully booked. That’s when I had the pleasure of Soren working on my baby. Keeping in mind Coach’s healing leg and regrowth, Soren did an outstanding job. When I saw him, I honestly had to ask myself, “Is that my dog?” He looked incredible. His injured leg was handled with care, the blending was seamless, and Coach looked happy, clean, and well cared for. This grooming team is clearly well trained, compassionate, and attentive to detail. I highly recommend them and trust them completely with my baby.
The customer service was amazing, and I really appreciate how we can choose our preferred groomer. It’s the little thoughtful details that set this business apart like adding each pet’s name to the sign outside with all the dogs being serviced that day, and even personalizing their scarves with their names (I didn’t notice that until hours later!). Autumn took her time with my dogs and made sure they were comfortable. That’s a level of care we haven’t experienced at other groomers. They look absolutely adorable, and I couldn’t be happier!
I have an anxious goldendoodle and they take such great care of my pupper. He comes home smelling great and looking great and he is not traumatized for weeks after. The staff are always welcoming. Lately, he has been getting a personalized bandana which he loves to show off.
We’ve been to Madison at Woof Gang Grooming twice now and couldn’t be happier! She knew exactly how we wanted the cut to turn out after looking at one picture. It’s also really nice to have the grooming take a few hours instead of them having to be there for half a day! The store is super nice and clean as well. We will be continuing to book with Madison for sure!
