Extremely dangerous driver from this company. At around 4:40 AM, I was driving northbound on South First Street near Barton Springs Drive when one of their catering vans made an illegal and reckless U-turn directly in front of me as I was approaching. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a serious accident — both my life and my girlfriend’s were put at risk. When I honked in shock, the driver had the audacity to honk back, as if they weren’t completely at fault. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any business, especially one operating commercial vehicles. If this is how their employees handle responsibility, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else either.

Reckless driver!! Almost killed my boyfriend and I doing an illegal u-turn and stopped while we were going the speed limit so we almost crashed head on. S 1st Street and Barton Springs at 4:35am in Austin, Texas. This is his license plate. Austin’s crashes are no joke and this was unacceptable!

Julian at Word of Mouth was fantastic! Responsive, timely, helpful and just all around a 10/10 experience from planning to the execution of our dinner. We got the "jarcuteries" for my boyfriend's 30th birthday as well as the roasted chicken dinner.

We worked with them on a recent large scale production and could not have had a better experience. They handled several curve balls to the plan incredibly well and with a lot of kindness. Serving dinner for 300+ guests is no small task and everything came out beautifully presented, delicious, and with impeccable service. My team and I could not recommend them enough!

I ordered my birthday cake from here thinking I was going to get quality and it was absolutely awful. The cake was crumbly, the frosting clearly had more butter in it than sugar which resulted in a frosting that felt and tasted like butter, and the cake wasn't sweet the way you'd expect a cake to be. We ended up throwing the cake away and buying a ready made cake from HEB which we could've done from the beginning.
