My sister & I were in a panic as we needed to get our dresses hemmed for a wedding in two weeks! We called around multiple places to promptly & kindly be welcomed at express tailoring where they were happy to help our needs & get the job done by when we need it! Maria our seemstress was the cherry on top- this place just feels like a hug!

I came back to live in scottsdale, after studying abraod for a bit. I came in one afternoon to get my favorite black rose blazer altered and i was met with a rude lady saying she couldn't help me. I only needed a few buttons sown into my blazer i even brought them with me to make the job easier. I felt a bit profiled in my person. I would not come back to get it service. The customer service is awful, not a friendly face to greet you to get your tailoring needs met. I didn''t even get my questions answered about the cost of the service. I don't recommend. I really wanted to give this a one star instead of a two. I hope the other location in biltmore has better service.

Service was prompt, and the items were ready on time. But, the jeans did not have an original hem, instead it looks to have been folded over a few times. Glad I brought in a $200 pair of denim to get butchered. I have repurchased the item and will send all other alterations to another tailor. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

I have a wedding coming up and I made my plans to shop a little late, so I purchased a suit today, a Friday, and fly out Wednesday for the wedding. The store I purchased the perfect suit from has a tailor though, they were too booked to complete this by my flight. David down at a Neiman Marcus suggested to check our Xpress Tailoring, though when I went up I was an hour past their closing time. I looked inside the store and saw two remaining employees happily finishing their work up, and one noticed me and kindly came over. Her name was Emily, and I simply apologized for coming by when they were closed. Without question or complaint she proceeded to ask me what I needed done and by when, she asked her college if that was possible and immediately invited me in, after hours. They took my measurements, and asked what I’d like done where, though I had no idea, this is my first formal wear setting. Through some laughter, and educating they helped me decide on what to do, and now I’m extremely excited for my suit to look amazing, and on time for the wedding! To my absolute surprise when she handed me the bill, she gave me a nice discount for my first time! I felt extremely cared for and taken care off. Absolute above and beyond customer service! I really wanted to like this place and tried them a couple times. Both times were very simple repairs/alterations that only take a few minutes, and both times the items were not ready on the pickup day that they told me they would be ready.This is really frustrating because I live 45 minutes away and gave them 2-3 days extra time in both situations and when I drove to pick them up, they had not even started on them. And in both cases once I got my items back, the work was sloppy and very noticeable. Unfortunately will not be coming back.
