Wonderful experience with the Junior Music Course group piano lessons! Mr. Jonathan is a terrific teacher. He is enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable when it comes to teaching young kids. My daughter has learned so much in a year and can play well. I did Yamaha JMC when I was a kid too and have great memories of their fun and engaging curriculum. I also really appreciate their flexibility when it comes to billing and make up classes - it's evident that they value their customers. I may be wrong but I think there are only 3 Yamaha JMC programs in the DFW area. I have been to the one in Frisco, and it does not compare to the one at Yamaha Music School Plano.

Both of my kids (now 11 and 9) have been taking lessons here for a couple years now, and they love it! They started just taking one instrument (piano for the older kid and drums for the younger) but have discovered more and more interest in music and other instruments through Yamaha's lessons and summer camps! Now my older kid takes piano and violin, and my younger one take piano and rock ensemble (guitar and drums). The group classes and the individual lessons are both wonderful, and it's also helped my kids with performing in front of people! Highly recommend!

YAMAHA Music Scholl is the great place for my son. My son had group piano lessons for more than 2 years until leaving from Plano. His piano teacher, Mr. Jonathan was amazing. He always made his lessons enjoyable, with tailor-made target setting, and my son loved them. It is also noted that the waiting room is very clean and comfortable. I would like to thank Mr. Jonathan for giving my son the opportunity to learn and enjoy music.

My son and I have been taking Piano and guitar lessons with the first be folks at Yamaha Music School for the past few years now. I couldn't be more happy with what feels like a family of super talented teachers and easy approach to learning music. Even for someone playing guitar for 30 years, I am now reading music, finger picking, and doing things on guitar I never thought possible thanks to Jonathan. My son's musical journey has been a wonderful thing to witness as well. He enjoys learning Piano and looks forward to his weekly lessons. Thanks to Bill, Jonathan, Alex, James, and everyone at Yamaha Music School in Plano for their hard work and caring.

My kids have been students at Yamaha School for nearly four or five years, ever since we relocated from Canada to Dallas. When we arrived, they already had a good musical foundation, but we consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have found this school in our neighborhood, along with their dedicated teacher, Johnathan. Thanks to his guidance, both of our children even earned spots in their school's jazz band. Their sight-reading skills have greatly improved, they actively participate in the church band, and their overall music enjoyment has reached new heights. The school's director, Bill, is one of the kindest individuals we've met. What's even more remarkable is that our children continue to attend Yamaha School during their school breaks. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to Bill, the school's director, for his unwavering flexibility, making it possible for our kids to pursue their passion for music while accommodating their school schedules and breaks. I regret not leaving this review sooner; the experience has been exceptional.
