My phone died and Ali brought it back to life very efficiently and for a good price to having so much of your life on these devices I was very relieved. Very friendly service.

My neighbour was conned by this service. He clearly knows what he is doing and can talk the talk to appear as though he is doing "the right thing" to help. Sadly, people who use the service tend to not know the systems or "language" and therefore he can exhort more money than is required. The owner of the shop was confrontational to me when I went in to try and understand what had occured and why she had ended up paying £100s when it was a small fix that was originally required. The receipt he had given her was deliberately vague so that it was impossible to ascertain what she had paid for. If using the service, I would ask advice with someone you trust prior to accepting the service being offered.

Really fantastic service - very generously spent time analysing what was going wrong with my laptop and gave really good advice. When I finally accepted it was a lost cause, he fixed it in less than 24 hours for a very good price. Strongly recommend and will certainly use again -

Highly recommended. I bought a reconditioned computer and he transferred everything across from my old computer, including my Office and Norton accounts. It proved to be far from straightforward but he kept going until everything was working properly and did not charge for the additional time it took.

Excellent, speedy, courteous, very helpful. I managed to "break" a Microsoft Surface tablet after having it for just 2 days. It was totally my own fault - I'd messed about with it & damaged the operating system beyond retrieval. Took it to Ali at Yorkshire PC repairs & although these devices are apparently quite difficult to fix, he not only completely replaced the operating system but upgraded it too - & all within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Really great to deal with - wouldn't go to anyone else & would happily recommend him. So refreshing to deal with someone so competent & capable.
