I highly recommend taking the opportunity to train with Chase! You will experience fun and engaging workouts! I trained with Chase during the holidays and let me just tell you that during the cold season you will not want to go out and especially work out. Listening to music and conversing about your day made working out less tedious. I would end my workouts feeling stronger and relaxed from all the stress I carry on my shoulders and mind. Chase, the owner, is an incredible personal trainer! I have been training with him one-on-one for over two months and am very happy with the muscle mass I have gained from his Phoenix program. I began with the three-session trial, where Chase screened my flexibility, injuries, and other limitations before selecting a workout program. He creates a personalized exercise program for each client and considers your goals and interests. Chase has taught me the importance of implementing stretching and foam rolling into my daily routine. During the workout, if I feel pain or muscle tension, I like that Chase adjusts the training to my body’s needs and will have me do a more suitable move or even break out the massage gun. Chase offers a clean gym and has an outstanding personality that makes exercising fun!
