Casandra is the best stylist I have had in many years. I love the way my hair looks and feels now. My cut is low maintenance and still looks nice even if I don't style it. I couldn't be happier.
I've been going here for about 4 years now and Casandra is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever had. She's friendly, fast, and makes my hair look better than it ever has. I've been getting my hair dyed red for over 10 years now, and it has never looked better than when she does it. Not to mention switching to getting razor cuts has made such a difference in how my hair looks and it just looks SO MUCH BETTER. I will never go to anyone else!
I love how pleasant and professional everyone is. Maria has been doing my hair aha she's súper friendly and the only hair stylist im many years who understood exactly what a "angled bob haircut" meant. Not only that, after I started going with her, the health of my hair improved. Five Stars for her
Update: I was invited to come back in. I did and was treated with respect. The stylist was willing to redo my hair color. I am very happy with the way my hair turned out and the professionalism of the manager & stylist. I've been going to this studio for about a year. I've have 5 different stylist. 3 have left, the most recent one is leaving and the one that I got for a color didn't even get it close to what I wanted. I showed her the picture SEVERAL times. I expressed that the results were not what I was expecting. She offered to have me come back in for a redo, which I was going to do until the manager said charge it as a touch up! No thanks. Im not going to pay again.
Super pleased with the cut James gave me! I have been in Tulsa for 3 months. Upon moving, there are several new services one has to find--dentist, nail salon, car mechanic--and hairdresser is at the top of the list! I searched reviews and decided to give Z Salon a try after my first choice did an okay job but did not wow me. James listened to what I was going for and nailed it. Such a kind demeanor, too. I think this is definitely home for my hair! (We'll see when it's time for highlights!)
