Finding the location is a little confusing at first. The text sent prior to your appointment helps with parking and the entrance. Once in the building, you call the number provided and the person on the line walks you through getting to the room and getting set up. The room has a soothing and calm environment. Ocean waves from a sound machine and ambient lighting. The chairs are fully adjustable to fit your comfort level. There is no in person interaction but you are able to call the number at anytime to help with any issues. The tablet on the chair keeps track of your time and provides options for adjustment. Overall the experience was interesting and massage was relaxing!
This experience was very interesting compared to the normal hands on massage. I enjoyed the massage however you will need to adjust to your liking once you do that it's pretty sweet. My bf and I don't really like the idea of the person massage and I wanted to try this out as an alternative which worked out pretty great. The only I have to say is at first it seems very sketchy walking in and then needing a code to unlock a box to get into the building then needing to call to inquire about directions. However it wasn't that bad once in and situated and it didn't cut into our hour session. If you keep an open mind about it then you will most likely enjoy the experience. My bf was knocked out once he got his massage adjusted just right. lol felt like new people walking outta that place. If you don't like interaction with people this is definitely the way to go!!! *So I don't know the "normal" business hours that they would be open and can just walk right in however a Saturday at 1pm I wouldn't think was out of "Buisness hours" considering it makes no mention of it on the website. So maybe including that in the website so people have an idea of what to expect would be kinda nice*
Had my second visit today and already can't wait for the next one. For medical reasons, traditional massage is painful for me. The zero gravity chair has been the perfect solution. The gentle stretches and compression are my favorite features. I schedule my visits on Sunday afternoons so I am ready for the week! If you are looking for something different, I encourage you to at least try it once. 10/10
Shonn exhibits exceptional customer service skills and maintains a highly professional demeanor. He expertly guided us through the entire process, ensuring that my experience was outstanding. Initially, I was skeptical about booking a massage administered by a car, but I am delighted that I did, as it was truly amazing. The room is private and secure, nicely appointed, and impeccably clean. If you share my preference for avoiding physical contact with strangers or receiving a subpar massage, you will appreciate that the chair effectively delivers the necessary treatment. We are the first to book here in Huntsville and already booked our second service. Zero Gravity Massage 10/10 I recommend
