I have only left maybe 3 reviews in my life but this is worth the time. I tried this place for the first time today and paid 24 for middle grade wash . It did not get our vehicle clean at all. I will attach pics. I asked the attendant if something could have been off or what could be done and she informed me that since I paid for a one time wash and I did not buy the most expensive wash , the policy stated that she could not run the vehicle back through. I think a service like this should work or at the least attempt to make it work , not send you down the road. Bad customer service
The new owners aren't taking much consideration for the quality of the services instead of the machine that used to wash shampoo and blow dry. Your matt t. To scrub your matts on the vacuums are only about half working. The good thing is they still have the pressure air sprayer so I can blow out the dog hair and dust from my van. The towels are the same. The bathroom doors are now locked and you have to ask permission to go to the restroom even though it's outside and people are still friendly but it's on the downhill decline possibly on the way out
I had a membership and the last time I went through the sensor on their machine messed up and scraped the rear bumper of my car. I called, emailed, called again, emailed several more times, only to be told someone else would deal with the damage to my car. They also told me they looked up the “footage” of the damage, but had a completely different car going through, not even a car I’ve ever owned, so no I didn’t run a different car through on my membership. It’s been months and no response, so I wouldn’t imagine they even have my information in a stack of to dos. I paid out of pocket to get my car repaired, so unless you’re willing to pay $400 to get your car fixed due to their machine messing up, go somewhere else for a Carwash.
My favorite place to get my truck washed! Even had a bag of trash in the bed today that I had forgotten about until I went to pull in, and an attendant named Chris told me "No worries, I'll grab it and throw it in our dumpster for you.", and he did. He's gotta be my favorite attendant at any of the Zips locations that I've visited. Awesome experience today!! I give Zips 5 stars and I also give Chris 5 stars too! Thanks Zips and attendant Chris at the 1250 South Broadway location in Lexington Kentucky!!!
Car Wash was fine but I’ll be back for the service! Haley was absolutely incredible and she has such a servant leader heart. Coming to this car wash literally made my day today. Easy to pay and use and I love the vacuums and availability of cleaner and towels. I’ve got peace of mind driving in a clean clutter-free car and now a huge smile from such a friendly face. I’ll be back and this will now be my go-to and who I recommend to my friends and family!
