Javy and Jojo provided a great experience for my mom and I on Dec 26! Our first wash didn’t do a great job and they ran us through a second time and even helped us wipe down the car!! Will definitely be a regular spot now. Thank you so much!!!
I drove to my parents on Thanksgiving (who live on a dirt road). I needed a car wash after I got back to Greensboro. I chose Zips due to I had a free coupon (that they didn't take). I chose the basic wash because I didn't need a shine or a polish, I just needed the dirt to be cleaned off... and the basic wash didn't even do it. Even the front of the car has dirt that I can wipe away with my hand. I will not be going back to this car wash.
The associates were helpful, car wash was fast even though busy, there was cleaning supplies readily available and vacuums worked. Javy was very friendly and helpful! I have an unlimited pass and come by a few times a week and always am happy with the results!
There's only one thing a car wash is supposed to do - wash your car. However, every time I go through Zips there are still dirty spots everywhere. In other words, Zips does a terrible job at washing cars, which is really the only purpose of a car wash. I don't know why they are so much worse than other establishments, but they are significantly worse than everywhere else I've tried.
Today was my first time going and I wasn't really sure exactly what to do since it is made a little different from some others (and much better!) The nicest young man came out and helped me redeem my points and also get me onto the rail! What a pleasant surprise that was and the wash was fantastic! 10/11/25 915am
