Just got done going through this car wash, and my car is squeaky clean now. Giavonni signed me up for the member club, which is a great deal, a few weeks ago, but the machine wouldn't scan my pass today for some reason. Luckily, Giavonni was there again and came to my aid, for which I was very grateful. She is always very helpful and friendly and never fails to recognize me. Great customer service! I'll keep returning to Zips because it's my favorite car wash in the Triangle.
Service was A1! I travel often and drive a white car, so keeping it clean is no easy task—but this is hands down the cleanest my car has looked since I’ve owned it. The location is in a great area, which made the experience even better. Huge shoutout to Giavonni for providing exceptional customer service—professional, attentive, and made the entire process seamless. I’ll definitely be back!
I received a great service today. The customer service was excellent. Giovanni help me choose the right service I wanted. She was very helpful & nice. The location is nice & well kept. Easy process will be back again.
Carwash was great. The attendant came out and asked me to wait a second, which confused me since there was a self-service screen. I helped myself because I knew exactly which wash I wanted and knew I didn't want a membership (today, at least). After the wash, I went to the vacuums, which was a huge reason I stopped here instead of another carwash. I was then told by a different employee that the vacuums "aren't turned on in the rain." Cool. I feel like that should have been something mentioned before I paid because it was, again, a huge reason I went here. Also it really wasn't raining at this point, although it had been drizzling... Maybe the first employee would have told me about the vacuums, but I feel like there should've been a sign or something since that's part of what you're paying for here...
First experience at Zips and it was a good one! Exterior wash was good. Very pleased with the available amenities. The oversized parking space made detailing my truck's interior comfortable and convenient. The vacuums at each parking space were well placed and strategically designed for ease of use by patrons. Was delighted with the provided hand towels, window and surface cleaner as well. Great experience!
