I’d like to give a big thank you to Daelyn Shirley with One Tom Plumber for the great work he did today at The Hemingway Apartments. He completed a drain clean-out and was professional, efficient, and very thorough. Daelyn took the time to make sure the issue was fully resolved, and his hard work did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate his dedication and excellent service.
I wish I could give them more starts. Louis and Saylor were INCREDIBLY professional. Quick, timely, smart, kind. Technically precise, the best plumbing work I’ve seen done, ever. And they got everything clean afterwards. Two very very very solid young dudes. They need and deserve to be respected and recognized. You all should prop them up. This company is great, and these two have a bright future ahead of them!

We had a great a experience with Daelyn and Nick. Our downstairs neighbor had a leak that turned out to be coming from our unit. D & N were very understanding and offered up several solutions. The easy solution, a new wax ring, turned out to be the answer.
Louis with 1-Tom-Plumber was awesome! He installed new fixtures to all of our bathroom and even helped fix unexpected issues. He was very informative on how to use our new faucets and knobs and treated our bathroom with the upmost respect! I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber and Louis, it was a great experience!
