Bill and Eugene and Devin did an outstanding job packing all rooms for the move. Very cold windy day and not one complain from the guys. Bill and Eugene delivered my furniture and we're very efficient and speedy unloading. These guys make a great team. They are respectful to each other. Great Job!
By far the best moving company I have ever worked with. They were on time, professional, careful and thorough. Not once did I feel rushed or that they were anxious to “just get the job done.” They made the whole process very easy, and I absolutely would recommend them. I would give 10 stars if I could!
The crew communicated well and was nice, but I felt that they were nowhere near efficient enough for this price range, especially when we are paying hourly / half hourly. One crew member was found sitting in the truck not moving anything multiple times throughout the service, and the crew took a 15 minute break together at one point when they said they would only be taking a 5 min break. I understand this is hard work and a few minute break is fine, but this is frustrating when we are paying by the half hour. They spent a lot of time wrapping every item, which we appreciated at the time so our items wouldn’t get damaged, but upon review several items were still chipped or slightly damaged, so I don’t know what the point of that was. We had budgeted for a 2 hour move, 3hrs maximum, and it took almost 4, so we ended up paying about double what we were quoted. In my opinion, the items we needed moved absolutely could have been moved in that 2-3 hour range if the crew had been more efficient with their time, as it was just furniture items being moved from one apartment to another in the same complex. Yes they did move everything we needed them to without extensive damage, but when we are paying for 3 movers we expect 3 movers working together to get the job done efficiently, and unfortunately that is not what we received.
1st Choice Movers provided the most exceptional moving experience we’ve ever had. From the initial phone call to the final box being placed in our new home, their professionalism and care were evident every step of the way. The crew was punctual, well-prepared, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and secured, and they even disassembled and reassembled larger items without us having to ask. Their teamwork and communication were flawless, making the entire process smooth and organized. What really impressed us was how thoughtful and accommodating they were. They worked around our schedule, answered all our questions patiently, and checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going. Even in the Florida heat, their energy never faltered and their positive attitude never wavered. It’s rare to come across a company that truly cares about its customers the way 1st Choice Movers does. Their service is beyond five stars—we will absolutely be recommending them to all our friends and family!
Forget "1st" Choice - 1st Choice is the ONLY CHOICE. This company is amazing. Beginning with Daniel who provided our estimate and worked with us up to moving day and ending with the amazing guys that helped move us 60 miles and to a second floor home. Did I mention the piano? Or the giant sofa? Or the armoire? Not one single complaint. The guys were incredibly helpful, polite, efficient and professional. I received quotes from a couple of other companies. They were all comparable but Daniel convinced me to go with 1st Choice and I am SO glad I did. Just amazing.
