I was elated when I heard about this program in October. I was given a gift certificate and I called to make an appointment for my spa pedicure and gel manicure. I called way ahead of time for thanksgiving and was turned down and unable to get an appointment because of their busy booked schedule so I asked about other times and dates and ability around my work schedule & none of those days or times worked with their booking, finally I settled for Dec 15th weeks after because that’s what they offered therefore I had to take a half day off work to make the appointment. After going through all of that , i was called 30 min before my 2:30 appointment saying they had to cancel because the operator was not there to do the appointment. I miss the call so the left a msg and I was unable to reach them when I called back. I was livid.. After the smoke cleared I expressed my concern and rescheduled for today Jan 5th 2026. I took off because I was told it would take 2.5 hrs to complete. I drove 56 min for a 9am appointment. I am 10 min away from the salon and I get a call from them telling me that I have to reschedule because the person won’t be in till noon. I was very disappointed in the professionalism of this business not alone the operator who represents the salon. I am applauded of the commitment that I’ve read that are really positive because i was not so lucky, instead very disappointed.
Shoutout to Nina! She did an excellent job and was incredibly patient throughout. She helped me pick the right colors, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Truly appreciated her attention to detail and calm approach. PS: I completely forgot to tip her in the moment — please don’t make the same mistake I did. She really deserves it!
I had an amazing Henna and Threading training session at 3D Lash and Brow with Amy!! Amy was very thorough, patient, and made sure I understood every step of the way. I felt confident and ready to go afterwards. At the end they even did a walk through graduation thanks to Amy and the 3D Lash and Brow for this game changing experience!! Im honestly very disappointed. I used to come here a lot and get my lashes done all the time and they would last me 1-2+ weeks and they were cute. Keep in mind, i would book with lash students not esthi students. I decided to come back and get a classic lash set. It said I had a lash student (Abigail) booked. It took them over 20 minutes to get me sat and I didn't even get to go with Abigail who is a lash student. (which I understand because I got there about 5 minutes late.) The student i got was actually very sweet and amazing. She spoke to me while getting my lashes done, asked me if i was okay, if i needed a blanket. It took less time to get my lashes done, but the work was not it. When the student finished up, no instructor came and checked on my lashes or her work. Upon seeing my lashes I noted My left lash looked fuller than my right one. On top of that, my right eye inner corner's lashes were bigger than the middle. Not even 2 hours had passed when lashes started falling out. (I still have their card from 2 years ago which includes care instructions.) I am honestly very upset not even with the student, because I understand she is still learning, but more upset with how the process went. I would've been happier if a instructor came in and helped her or checked her work before leaving but unfortunately that was not done this time.
