It is so hard to find companies who stands behind their product. 3rd Coast Developer stands behind their product. The owners meets with their clients to introduce their product. These owners are with you from the beginning to the end. If you have any questions or concerns. The owners will reach out and assist as needed. It’s so amazing to have personal contact with the owners in the 21 century. I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for professional service.
I couldn’t be happier with the fence 3rd Coast Developers built for my home! The design is modern, sleek, and complements my property perfectly. The team was professional, responsive, and finished everything on schedule with great attention to detail. I’ve received so many compliments already, their craftsmanship truly stands out. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality and style!
John and the team at 3rd Coast Developers did fantastic work! I highly recommend them. My project took several months, but it was worth the wait for the cost savings and quality of work. My fence was torn down during hurricane Beryl. I could have replaced it with a cedar fence like the rest of my neighbors, but those would have rotted away in less than 5 years. I consulted with 3rd Coast and they gave me lots of options to consider. I decided on going on full aluminum, and 3rd Coast Developers quoted a very good price. Important note for future readers: depending on the project, it can take a long time for materials to arrive but it is worth the wait. Also keep in mind that prices are going to change with all of the geo-political events going on as of early 2025. I was fortunate enough to have neighbors who were also patient to wait for the fence to arrive and luckily had the materials arrive before the price increase took effect. John and team were very flexible around my schedule. As we got closer to install date, John kept up with communications. John was on site to check on the progress and was very open in communicating everything that was going on. Even for the small obstacles, John would call to check my thoughts before making any decision. The crew did an amazing job and came back to fix any minor issues. Overall, John and 3rd Coast Developers is a very good company to work with, and you can read the other reviews that say the same. I will definitely be returning for future projects I have in mind.
3rd Coast Developers did a wonderful job working with our clients to design their fence. It came out looking amazing, very good quality. John was very responsive and easy to work with. We will use them again on our future construction projects. Highly recommend.
I reached out to 3rd Coast to install a front yard privacy fence. I worked with Johnny on the fence selection and was able to get a completely custom fence made to my preferences/specifications. It took a few months for the fence to get be fabricated, but as soon as it was ready, the John and his team wasted no time installing it. It took about a week. The fence itself only took 3 days but the operator and keypads took some time to arrive and an electrician was needed (I went with Javier who was recommended by John and who also did a great job at a great price). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The fence is beautiful and the installation went really well. I could not have asked for more. The only thing for folks to note is that if the ground of your property is uneven or the grade is very steep (I didn’t realize mine was until I met with John), you will need to prep the area yourself before the fence is installed. Fortunately I knew someone who was able to help out. We got input from John on where the dirt needed to be cleared, which allowed 3rd Coast to install the fence evenly. I still have to do some grading work since one of the pedestrian gates cannot be opened all the way. Be sure to anticipate this cost (whether doing the work yourself or paying someone else) in your budget/project plan. Other than that everything went really smoothly and I’m loving my fence!
