We had a party of 6. Before we were seated the hostess had us wait for a table that was being bussed but then notice there was another open so she sat us there. A large party came in 5-10 mins after us and sat at the table that was being bussed when we got there. We ordered and we watched order after order come out of the kitchen. We waited 45 minutes for our order didn’t say anything until a large order for the table that sat down way after us in the table that was being bussed with a bigger party came out before our order and we ordered 10minutes before they even got there.i stopped our waiter and asked how much longer on our food? The waiter had a slum attitude and was not attentive. About 10 minutes after asking the food finally came and one plate was wrong, sent it back and two other plates were ice cold. Asked to see a manager and the manager gave us an ultimatum remake the cold plates or he would comp them. When the proper thing to do would have been to remake the plates and comp them not one or the other! Especially after waiting almost an hour for our food and it comes out cold. This by far has been the worst experience I have here. Waiter never even came to check on us and I know he could see that we hadn’t even gotten our food after X amount of time. He didn’t do anything until we asked him about how much longer it would be.
The staff were very kind and professional,the food was amazing. I went to have dinner with friends and we all enjoyed ourselves. My kids also absolutely love love LOVE this place,they have been here more than a dozen times.lol.
Went here after a church service w a very large group over 30 ppl and these servers were phenominal & the food was really really good. I had Chimichanga guisada steak tips in gravy covered in queso. But huge menu from mexican to pizza to american food really liked this place.
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nick, and I can honestly say he was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. From the moment he greeted our table, he was warm, attentive, and professional, but also had a natural charm that made the whole experience feel so enjoyable. Nick anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Beyond his excellent service, his friendly personality and genuine smile made the evening even more memorable. He carried himself with confidence and grace — truly elevating the entire dining experience. If you’re lucky enough to have Nick as your waiter, you’re guaranteed not only amazing service but also a wonderful atmosphere. He’s a gem! P.S. He’s so cute, would love to see him again.
We love this place! Food is always Fresh and hot, it taste amazing! Customer service is top notch! Lacey is our favorite server, she’s fantastic! She makes us feel right at home! We’re definitely customers for life!! The chicken relleno is my favorite.They have so many food items there is definitely something everyone will love! We highly recommend!
