I had such a great experience here! Andrea did a wonderful job with my cut and style. I could instantly tell I was in good hands. Can’t wait for my next appointment to get highlights!
I get my haircuts with Maryam, and she is absolutely the best. She’s attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly talented. I show her what I want, and she delivers exactly what I ask for every single time. I always leave loving my haircut!
I had a blow dry with Andrea. First of all, she started asking me many personal questions. Where I live, what I do, why I hear, probing into personal questions that were not appropriate. While washing my hair she barely washed it, loaded it on with really hot water practically burning my scalp. Didn’t even apologize when I said it was too hot. While blow drying she basically just was running the dryer through it, she was not styling it. I asked her to use a little more vigor with the brush to give it shine and with an attitude said, “I don’t know what you mean.” She then told me, “Let me do my job or you can leave. And if you don’t leave I will call the police.” Mortified I found a better salon around the corner that was able to fix my hair she practically ruined with her hot water drying my scalp and my strands. Heads up Salon,they are wonderful. Her energy was dark and she barely smiled or had any appreciation or joy in what she was doing. I will be making a more formal complaint with the better business bureau as well.
Maryam is wonderful to work with. She always walks me through her process to make sure I get what I want. Her technique is phenomenal! My color was a beautiful shade and has lasted so long! The salon is warm and welcoming. All the stylists are so nice when you go in. My whole family comes here now.
Maryam was very lovely and friendly. I went in for layers and to get my bangs cut. She did a lovely job with the layers but I was very specific about not wanting any length cut off other than a very light trim of the ends. My hair sat right above my butt and is now sitting at my chest. I left feeling very upset at how I went in with my hair very long and left with it now much shorter than I wanted when I emphasized that I did not want any length off. Again lovely hairstylist but I’m just confused how I left the salon with almost 8 inches of length cut off. Very upset about this.
