I couldn't get an old septum ring off my nose and they were so helpful, they asked me to come in right away and were able to get it off. The service was great and the woman who helped me was so kind.
I am so happy with my realistic greyscale tattoo done by Nina. Over the course of 6 months she worked with me via text --the delays were primarily because of unexpected health issues on my part AND the rest on my indecisiveness on the image. I sent her some pictures of my dog with multiple ideas. I shared with her why I was getting the tattoo and it's significance to me. I was all over the place with ideas but Nina was SO Patient & Understanding. Her suggestions truly helped guide my focus and the sketches she drafted really helped in my final decision. She took the time to listen and work with me to ensure the proper placement & size and concentrated on capturing my dog's exact fur movement & expression. In the end, she created an image that truly honored my dog's life in the way I wanted to remember him. Nina is clearly skilled and passionate about her craft! She shares a lot of good information because she is incredibly knowledgeable about how the skin heals and reacts to inks and tattooing itself. She uses higher quality inks and materials that would not only benefit her clients health & safety but also creates a better work of art. She felt really light handed and made sure she gave aftercare instructions and supplies that met my specific needs. Nina shows a high degree of professionalism, honesty, integrity and empathy and I trusted her completely with this meaningful piece of permanent body art. Overall, the studio had a really calm, chill feel and the tattoo station was very clean & hygienic...And Daisy (the other tattoo artist/ body piercer/ front reception etc.) was super friendly and helpful in responding to my texts as well. Will DEFINITELY be returning and referring her to others.My heart now swells, eyes tear up and I Smile when I see my little dog on my arm..just as I had hoped.
Daisy is the best! I came for the first time about a year ago and got my 2nd and 3rd piercing and she was very welcoming and explained everything well. After being nervous the whole experience was a breeze, so much that I came back a few months later and got another piercing!

Nina did an amazing job on me and my sister's tattoos. She was very professional and attentive. More importantly she was very personable and compassionate, as our tattoos were very symbolic. Also! I barely even felt the tattoo! I look forward to having her do more work for me.
