Keith & Eli did an amazing job! I had a a/c heater unit replaced 2 yrs ago by a different ac company. The drain pipe hose near the ac coils was kinked & is a error installation from 2 yrs ago. I didn't have proper water flow causing stagnate water at drain tray & almost caused rust erosion at the coils + they didn't even have the drain pipe going out the house. Water build up under my house on the duct hose which was disengrating. Of course this 1st ac company wanted to charge me $5500 for a UV cleaning of the coils. So I got a 2nd opinion by 702plumbair. They replaced the kink hose replace the duct hose under the house. Did a proper drain pipe to outside of house & chemically cleaned ac coil & drain tray + cleaned blower motor for a reasonable price! Very happy with plumb ac. Thank you keith & Eli!
For anyone out there are looking for someone that is honest and and really good at what they do. Let me share my experience with everyone. I have AC that needed work and they came here. They follow through with what they say. They’re very accommodating. They have so much experience. I had two other company that couldn’t fix the problem. They made sure not just to fix the problem but to follow up to make sure it’s properly done they’re amazing. I have nothing but good thing to say about them. I’m grateful for the company. I’m grateful for them to be in Las Vegas and honored to meet such a nice people. Thank you for helping me.
Great company! Great technicians! They showed up on time, they cleared the drain and there was a minor leak after everything was done and they fixed the leak by replacing a part and they did not charge me for the extra part that was replaced!! Thank you for taking care of the issues.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 702 PlumbAir was absolutely amazing! I had Airbnb guests staying at my home when both the shower and sink drains clogged. I called them around 1:30 PM, and they had a technician, Carlos, come out the same day — everything was fixed and working perfectly within an hour! The tech was super communicative, sending me pictures and videos of the completed work to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Fast, professional, and reliable service — I’ll definitely be hiring them again and again!
This company did for me in 2 days what another company dragged its feet for 3 weeks getting started. Above and beyond from beginning to end. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out SAME DAY to assess the problem, and took no time in getting my main waterline pipe fixed in less than 6 hours the very next day after the assessment. They even came back the next day after that and filled in the trenches for me, which was not at all expected. Might sound silly but these guys quite literally saved my soul from extra stress that other companies were trying to put me through. Thank you Trey, Jaime/Gordo, and the other 2 lovely gentlemen that came to fill my trenches today (I didn't get their names but they were very kind). Absolutely worth the cost 100% I cannot recommend this company enough.
