Went back today. Loved the workout. I'll keep coming 1x per week. Bike parking right out front. 1st visit: Tried kickboxing on classpass today for the first time. Fun! Rachel was welcoming, explained all the moves quickly, and moved me through the circuit workout. There's a reasonable variety to what you can do for your 30 min workout --easy, medium or difficult. Felt incredible kicking and punching the bags! I'll be back.
I joined 9round Midtown after the Pocket location closed. The schedule of no set times for classes as well as 30 minutes in and out sold me on the program. Owner/trainer Paige is the best and challenges you to push yourself. When I hit the door and see trainer Leah, I know I’m going to sweat. I highly recommend 9round Midtown, Aloha
Trainers are friendly and knowledgeable! I have so much fun when I’m there and you work out a great sweat too. Brought my bf over as well and he’s completely sold!! Thanks to the amazing trainers I was able to finish my plan (10 workouts/90 days which is great if you want to ease into it) and I already miss it. Definitely coming back if the location closer to my area doesn’t pan out!!
9 Rounds Midtown is the place to be! The owners are phenomenal and the trainers are helpful and knowledgeable. The workout is hard, but can be tailored to any level of fitness (the trainers help with that). It never gets old as the workouts change daily. In 35 minutes I swear my butt off! Did I mention that it’s sparkling clean too? Love this place ❤️
Joining 9Rounds Midtown was the lifestyle change that I needed. After having a baby during the pandemic, I found myself lost and unhappy with my weight and body. I’ve been coming to this place 2x a week for more than 6 months now and have noticed a change in my body and mindset. These 30 minute workouts are perfect because I get alone time to myself without feeling guilty for being away from my child for too long. I wish I had join this 9Rounds sooner. The trainers are great and are really patient. You won’t regret joining 9Rounds Midtown.
