Kevin was very professional and didn’t try to upsell me on any parts. Just needed some good cleaning. I would recommend him amd A1 United. They came out within 2 hours of calling them and had my furnace working with one hour of him showing up..
Furnace went out on of course the coldest day of 2026. Reached out online and via a phone call. Quick response from customer service and the tech was out in a couple hours. Got us fixed up and running in no time. Amazing customer service and our tech was amazing. Affordable price for an emergency call out.
We’ve been using A-1 for several years. We highly recommend them for their honest work, top notch customer service, and competitive pricing. Our technician, Rick, just left and I couldn’t believe I hadn’t reviewed the business before. Must’ve been taking them for granted, but we really do appreciate all that they’ve done and continue to do for us and the community.
Our furnace stopped heating at midnight. Called A1 at 8 am and they scheduled an appointment for the same morning . Their technician, Norm, was so friendly. He got the furnace cleaned out and he recommended getting the service plan for our A/C to save money. Definitely recommend A1 and Norm. He was such a pleasure to talk to
Monday afternoon A1 technicians Dalton & Zachary came to work on our AC unit for the routine cleaning. This was my first time using the company membership program. Dalton was patient & professional! He answered all my questions and went beyond what I was expecting, he educated me about the different air filters and gave me some tips. Apparently the filter bundle I purchased from Costco was not optimal for the unit. I then purchased different ones from Amazon. Amazon Basics had the ones I was looking for. Dalton took the time to clean my dirty AC unit. He was very detailed oriented! After they were done my outside AC looked like brand new one. I highly recommend working with A1 United Heating, Air & Electrical! I honestly think they are the best in town and will not use another company for all my heating & cooling problems. Picture below for your reference. This was before he cleaned the unit.
