Called Russell after I dumped my bike on Hwy 17 in the rain. He estimated 40 minutes and was there in 25, despite heavy traffic. Loaded the bike quickly and dropped it at my mechanic. Enjoyed talking with him. Reasonable price. I would call him again.

I'm giving five star because working with Russell was very straightforward. He have clear idea of the times and reasonable pricing. He worked with me to get my car out of the garage and another towing company wasn't as flexible with the situation. Also agree with another review that he has a very friendly tone and he eases you with his humor. It helped me relax knowing the job will be done after having a stressful few days talking to various people.

Good service, it's a tough job to take heavy bikes and tow them. Best price, and flexible arrangement with scheduling. I had a short tow, he was honest when he said my motorcycle needed a few extra dollars because of how to mount it, and his price was still the best. No issues with the pickup or the tow, easy to pay, great service. Would definitely use him again.

One of the best Tow company in San Jose. I called them on weekend they was able to answer the call. I had car broken in Sunnyvale, CA they tow it to Fremont for only $155. Man I wasn’t believing it but I am gonna say they are the nice people…. One the best cheap Tow company.
