I cannot recommend A Flower Girl's Dream enough! I wanted a same-day delivery for a friend, and they exceeded every expectation. Not only was the arrangement stunning, my friend was moved by how beautiful they were. Without any doubt, their customer service is unmatched. When my friend didn't answer her phone, the delivery person didn't just give up; they actually got her attention to ensure she received them. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much.
I purchased flowers from this florist a number of times, and each time I have been thoroughly satisfied. My last bouquet was an arrangement of state wildflowers, and I was hesitant at first because we are not in season. Not only did they have a wide variety, they also built a bouquet that was balanced, elaborate, refined, and overall gorgeous. 🤩🤩🤩 Thank you AFGD!
BRIDES READ THIS: I was very disappointed with my experience at A Flower Girl's Dream. Long story short, the bouquet I picked up for my wedding not only ended up looking nothing like the style I had requested, but the shop team also had my wedding date entered incorrectly and the bouquet wasn't even assembled. We had to wait 45 minutes while staff assembled a bouquet on the spot, only for it to look nothing like the inspiration photos I had previously provided. At that point, it was an hour before the ceremony, we had no other options and there was no time to ask that the bouquet be altered. By the time we got it to the ceremony, some of the flowers were already wilting and the bouquet itself was bulky, heavy, and unwieldy - all factors I had wanted to avoid by providing inspiration photos a month beforehand. For reference, I've added a photo of the bouquet that was presented at the shop and my inspiration photos. Normally, I'm not one to let less-than-ideal customer service experiences get to me, but this was my wedding, and I no longer have the bridal bouquet that I was hoping to preserve. At this time they have not responded to my emails, but I will update this review if they respond with an appropriate remedy.
I chose A Flower Girl's Dream to do the flowers for my wedding and was so happy with how they turned out! The process was so easy and smooth, the team was easy to communicate with, and the flowers were so beautiful. We had bouquets, boutonniere's, corsages, and flower arrangements for the altar and it couldn't have been more perfect. They made all of my flower dreams come true!
