I contacted A-Plus to schedule a garage door repair call. Rather than come out here and slap me with what would have been an unnecessary service call, Hamid patiently walked me through potential fixes. He steered me in the right direction, all by phone, and the door is working just fine now. This kind of honesty and service should never be overlooked and always supported. Excellent and fast response! Garage door would open part way then stop and close. It happened several times and in between did work properly. I disengaged door opener but door was too heavy to lift manually so I called A Plus. Huey arrived in less than 10 minutes and checked the springs which weren’t broken. He reset the opener and lubed the springs so he did the routine maintenance which he said should be done annually. He explained after the rains the wood door absorbs moisture and is heavier for opener to lift so it needed a reset. I am very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend A Plus for your garage door issues.
Called 8:30am Monday morning. They were able to come out and fix the garage door sensors by noon the same day. Incredible service and responsiveness.
