They definitely expressed over the phone how well they know their stuff and with use of QBO. Fast forward 3 years down the road, where I have always had questions on my business like "hey I wish all of that money was in my account because I sure look good on paper and on my P&L?" I was able to find areas like I know that I paid $80k in workers comp and the P&L only showed $20K. But that was the extent of where I could help when they were off and they always assured me everything was CORRECT. I paid both workers comp premiums on their assurances as well as my yearly taxes. I finally gave up and terminated services and found another bookkeeper and boy, have they found significant errors such as payroll wages being under reported, W3's not matching. Wages for out of state workers not being reported and members of Cal Savers stuck in limbo and not receiving their funds. I have tried to personally reach out to both the owner and my bookkeeper but both have not taken the matter seriously. I am up to about $10,000.00 so far in reconcile and need to amend returns and pay for those also. Please, please, steer clear from this company. They are deceitful, incompetent and lack common courtesy when you have an issue. Now to find out even worse that they will cost you so much in the long run. I am writing this to hopefully help others when believing and trusting in firms to keep your books straight. A lot can go very wrong. Choose wisely.
