Kirsten has been a shining star in a sea of mediocre stylists. She is a consummate professional with extensive training and expert qualifications. I came from K-tips to IBE and the difference has been night and day. They are so natural looking, comfortable and the grow out has been a dream. Kirsten has the highest level certification in this method. She has been responsive, flexible and accommodating and has absolutely nailed my hair goals! I drive from Maryville to see her every 3 weeks and I will never go anywhere else!
I had got ripped off getting really bad tape in extensions in Cookeville that left me with bald spots where they weren't installed correctly and had ripped out my hair. I was searching for a new stylist online and found Kirsten and from the first consultation she has been amazing! The other lady had dyed my hair to match the extensions she had on hand and it was a really bad color for me. Kirsten fixed my color and removed my horrible tape ins and replaced them with 1 row of IBE extensions that look and feel 1000x better! I drive over an hour to see her and I would drive twice that far if I had to. And she's not only a great stylist, she's a great person that made me feel like we were old friends She went above and beyond to transform my ugly thin hair into the hair I had always wished for. I can't say enough good things about this lady and her amazing skills.

Kirsten is amazing! I've tried many different types and brands of extensions over the years, and these IBE extensions are by far the best! Other extensions were heavy, uncomfortable and caused my natural hair to shed. These IBE extensions honestly feel like I'm not wearing any extensions at all! I love the way they look and feel and after wearing them for over a year now, my own hair is now the longest and healthiest that it's ever been! Kirsten's attention to detail and meticulous stitching makes all the difference as well! I highly recommend her to anyone that is considering hair extensions!
