Braden took the time to explain everything and came up with creative options to fit my price range while still installing top tier equipment. Braden was conversational friendly and an all around great guy. He instilled trust and did an amazing job. I’m excited to use my new garage door.
I’m so, so pleased by the services I’ve received all around. I came across a promo deal to get my garage doors serviced/tuned up. When I submitted the inquiry, I was texted promptly and scheduled with them. Blake Pledger came and was super friendly and professional. He even brought a little gift since he was running a little outside the schedule time! Fortunately, we had a flexible day. He inspected everything and found a spring had broken with our builder grade components and explained how it all works and why it’s important to remedy it. He wasn’t pushy or salesy, but knowledgeable and informative. It was an unexpected expense but ultimately with kids we wanted to make sure everyone stays safe. Blake was able to service it right then and there and spent a good chunk of time being thorough and adjusting various things for us on top of replacing the springs. We are very grateful for his quality of work and time! We would definitely recommend A1!!
On a Saturday evening, Chris was charming, but also competent, industrious, and diligent. He explained all of our problems, recommended many possible solutions, and immediately went to work on our choice. He was always ready for questions and did not hesitate to explain his processes, his thoughts, and the work he was doing. I highly recommend A1 if all of their technicians are as affable and competent as Chris.
I called A1 for a tune up service / safety inspection and I'm very happy I did! Rodrigo was my technician and did an amazing job. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain everything, he provided me options on every recommendation that came out of his tune up and safety inspection. No pressure, just plain old education and customer service which was a breath of fresh air. In the end, I got new quality rollers, two new springs with a lifetime warranty and a new quality bracket that was needed. Rodrigo was very knowledge, friendly and took his time to do a quality job and ensure everything was done right. If you want peace of mind that you have a safe garage door that will open every time then call A1. Thank you A1 and Rodrigo! My peace of mind is restored.
I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service and the representative they sent out, Jimmy, was amazing! He allowed me to explain my findings and was very patient with my assessment, a real professional. Jimmy then filled me in on what was going on and was able to explain it in detail, which was very helpful to a stubborn old man like me. He then gave me multiple options to resolve my issue and let me decide what was best for my budget. Due to my garage door being over 9 years old, I went with one of the packages that Jimmy had recommended and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jimmy had everything I needed and was able to fix my garage on the spot, the very same day! I kept my old door, for now, but the rest of my setup is basically brand new. I’ll definitely be calling them back when I’m ready to swap the actual door. Something I was dreading having to deal with ended up being a very positive experience from the 1st phone call, to schedule service, until Jimmy completed the installation. Meow my garage is way cooler than it used to be!!
