Although I wasn’t financially ready to move forward at the time, he took the time to go over multiple options and pricing. He explained everything thoroughly including features, warranties, and motor types and was extremely patient throughout the process. His customer service was excellent. I will definitely be purchasing from A1 when I’m ready.
David Rice was very detailed in his analysis of the issue. He explained the issue and possible options for us, he wasn’t high pressure. Just very calm and knowledgeable about what we needed to solve the problem. He also made sure that I stayed within my price range so that the problem didn’t affect my budget. I will definitely be using this company again, they do a lot of training with their associates and make sure they are knowledgeable of the product.
