Your people are AWSOME. Took time to explain, point out info I had no idea. So very informative. Bryan took his time to go over every detail that I needed to Know and understand. Wish I could remember the other two men's names, however I'm experiencing alittle brain freeze with this weather. Lol.I've already shared my experience with afew of my neighbors who seem to have plummers out more then they should have. So you have a wonderful company and your people are so dwn to earth. The issue alot of folks go threw like myself is, who, what companies to really trust. Again thank you.
Stay away!!! If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unfortunate but AB May is only out to upsell, not repair. We have their home warranty and it’s not enough that we pay monthly and a service fee every visit, they find something wrong every time they come out. Manny Flores came out a few years ago because we had low pressure in a basement shower. He came and looked at the shower and wrote up a repair slip for almost $3k out of pocket. He didn’t so much as take the knob off the shower. When I called in to complain the woman told me he based it off a repair write up from two years before. The previous repair was for a shower in an upstairs bath. I asked that he never be sent back and they sent someone else who fixed it quickly and it was covered. Manny was unfortunately sent back for a repair to our humidifier last week. Before he even assessed the issues, he began telling me all the reasons why both our water heaters needed replaced and wasn’t covered. I steered him back to why he was there. He told me he would price options for me. Why would I need to pay? What options? Once again I sent him on his way after he got indignant with me for asking why was there a charge. Someone else came and fixed it and no cost. Of course we get a recommendation to replace both water heaters and it wasn’t covered due to “improper install/neglect” both completely untrue. Two months ago a tech came for annual hvac maintenance and told me we had a possible carbon monoxide leak and needed to replace both our hvac units. We had another company come out and there was nothing wrong with either unit. When they were bought out and went mainstream, they stop becoming technicians and became salespeople and it’s repulsive the way they try to scare you into spending more money. I need things done and hesitate calling because I know I can’t trust them. I have been with them for 15 years and my husband finally said no more. When you ask for a manager there is never one available and they say they will call back in three days because apparently there are so many escalations and complaints that they are just too busy to address your concerns. I am still waiting on a call back. They don’t care about the customers. Use at your own peril.
Tristin came out to replace the heater motor and did an amazing job from start to finish. Showed professional, and explained everything clearly post installation. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. He was also super friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward. It’s rare to get this level of care and professionalism these days. Very pleased with our service.
Spencer was awesome and fixed my furnace! My family and my cats say thank you!! He also didn’t rip me off like Anthony Plumbing and Heating! (They ripped me off before and will never get my business again!) Call Spencer they are good guys!! I’ll tell everyone to use good people who do good work at fair prices. Good job Spencer!!
Joseph Maya did an amazing job. He was professional and knew his stuff. I felt confident that he would do the job and do it well and he did not disappoint. We purchased a new double oven and did not know how to connect it and he came in and did an amazing job and took all of our worries away. The pictures show the before and after. This is the day before Thanksgiving so we are grateful that I can cook dinner in our new double oven. I would recommend Joseph again and again!
