Traveling through town for business and wanted a legit gym to work out at. This place is clean, super friendly, and has an awesome variety of equipment and machines. Super reasonable pricing for a day pass and week pass as well.
This is how a gym is supposed to be. I just wish they would play less of the new age trap music that no one understands and more of the rap from the 90s and early 2000s. More Rock and roll as well. Im black and love rap music but there are other ethnic groups of people in this gym. Appeal To everyone pls. Wish the dry sauna was a little hotter. Wish they had a steam room but we know thats not happening. Other than that great gyn .
Excellent gym! Did a drop in day pass. Top tier equipment! Loved the vibe and staff were really friendly. Will be back!
I’m here in Irving texas for me Olympia championship and I’m doing my prep here in absolute recomp gym in las colinas.. can say about this gym is this is perfect gym and I never seen this kind of gym in my entire bodybuilding life.. the vibe and machine is on another level here.. big shoutout to all the staff here in this gym thank youuuuu must visit❤️
Great gym for strength, gross motor and isolation exercises. Plenty of machines to choose from with a power lifting section in the back. The gym isn't as big as the pictures and videos make it seems so it may feel cramped when crossed. High energy and loud music if you like that. The cardio machines are on the lesser side,but available if you need them. This gym also has a posing room and plenty of mirrors through the building. This gym is also more friendly towards those filming or making content. It's not a gym for everyone but still a great gym overall.
