I am very happy with my experience with AC Repair DC! I sent Mohamed some pictures of my HVAC unit and after talking through what the problem was, he provided repair options and price estimates before coming over the same night to fix my heat. I appreciated him walking through the issue with me and teaching me more about how to take care of my HVAC. He was kind and did not try and upsell me on extra services.

We reached out late in the day after being ghosted by another company for more than a week, leaving us with no heat as temperatures dipped below freezing. This company followed up right away and Mohamed came well after business hours, staying in touch about the timing of his arrival. He quickly corrected the problem in a way that saved us a small fortune and went on to complete an another small job too, giving us helpful guidance along the way, all for a reasonable price. I am absolutely floored by the experience I just had with this business. I contacted them this morning when my air conditioner stopped working. Mohammed asked me to send him pictures, which I did. He replied that it looked like a very simple fix and asked if I would like him to walk me through it. Mind you, I wasn’t an existing customer or anything. I was skeptical but said sure. I FaceTime-ed him and he walked me through a simple fix that took less than 5 minutes and worked! He probably saved me hundreds of dollars. I am a first time homeowner who just found the best HVAC guy in the world!
