I had a great experience with ACE Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating! Although they didn’t end up completing the work for my AC system, I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and depth of knowledge. The technician took the time to thoroughly assess my situation and clearly explain what was going on with my system. They walked me through what to look out for, what my options were, and what steps I should take next - all without any pressure or upselling. It’s rare to find a company that’s this transparent and genuinely focused on helping customers make informed decisions. I came away feeling confident and much better informed about my AC situation. These guys were a great! A 5 hour job, done in 2 hours! Also Abram the owner and his crew were amazing, saved us a couple a good chunk of money. Definitely recommend these guys

I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone having A/C issues. My A/C went out and I needed someone who could assess the issue and make repairs ASAP. Abram, was our Texas summer heat life saver! He came out to the house at 9:30pm and even though it was so late, he still went above and beyond with providing amazing customer service. Abram was also extremely honest, thorough with his explanations, and you could tell he genuinely took pride in his work. Even being as late as it was, he provided detailed information about the issues my unit and he didn’t rush me into making any sort of decision. Once I decided to go ahead and replace my old A/C unit for a new one, he was able to quickly check his inventory and make arrangements for a crew to come out first thing this morning to install the new A/C. Now, my A/C is running perfectly, much quieter when sitting on the porch, and it isn’t an eye sore like my old unit was. Now, I don’t have to stress anymore about emergency outages or paying for repair cost. They also provide a 10 year warranty. If you are having any sort of A/C issues, this is the only company l would use. Honesty and integrity go along way in my book and you can tell that is what they pride themselves on. Hard to find that these days.
