Fantastic experience! Mike and crew diagnosed why my furnace when out on a freezing cold day, an determined it was a humidifier water leak. The fixed it pronto and the house was cozy fast. I also had cold spots in the house and they figured out I had a dead end vent which was solved with some duct reconfiguration and problem number 2 was fixed too after the got needed parts. The whole crew was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and on time. They were excellent problem solvers and got my house warm and the furnace working more efficiently in no time. The price was also very fair and reasonable. I will be using Mike and the team to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC this spring. Thank you Action!!!
I was referred to Mike (the owner) from action , from a close friend of mine . Mike was very kind , compassionate ,& helpful ! He answered all of my questions without hesitation & helped to instal a whole new heating system for us promptly ! Our new furnace works amazingly , keeping my family & all of our pets very warm ! Thank you so much to Mike and his crew for being helpful& respectful !!
Called today because our furnace wasn't firing. A rep came out about 4 hours later, had the furnace trouble shot and fixed in less than an hour. Came in under what I had budgeted for as well. Mike was clean and professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to answer a few questions we had about our HVAC system since we had just purchased the house earlier this year. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Mike was so easy to work with. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and patient with me. We had our furnace cleaned for the season. There was no high pressure sales just conversation about my furnace. I could not believe the great service I received. This company goes above and beyond. I would recommend them HIGHLY!
