I've been coming to this urgent care for years always a great experience. Except for today there was a new doctor and I don't know if it was him running behind between patients but I waited almost 2 hrs when my appointment was at 12:30 never had to wait this long, which is why I loved coming here.
Friendly staff. Very accommodating. I made my appointment not realizing it was a different care unit. but the staff took me in anyways. The Doctor was professional as expected and knowledgable with her finding. She took proper tests to surmise her findings. Really good care at this facility.
I had a case of tonsillitis abscess and went to this clinic expecting a straightforward antibiotic prescription. Instead, they misdiagnosed it as a viral infection and kept recommending over-the-counter medication—despite my symptoms clearly pointing to a bacterial cause. I had already done my own research and was fairly confident it was a tonsillitis abscess. But I chose to trust the so-called medical professionals over the five different AI models that all pointed to the same bacterial diagnosis. I took the OTC meds as advised, but unsurprisingly, my condition didn’t improve. I returned in the afternoon, hoping they’d reconsider, but they doubled down on their original diagnosis. By evening, my symptoms had worsened significantly—I was struggling to breathe. I went to an ENT specialist, who immediately recognized the severity and prescribed clindamycin. I was dangerously close to needing emergency intervention. This clinic is a hazard. They lack the experience and judgment to make accurate diagnoses. Honestly, you’d be better off consulting Google or ChatGPT. And that’s not even the worst part. On a previous visit, they double-charged me—once to my credit card and again to my insurance. I requested a refund, and they promised it in writing, but never followed through. I ended up paying $440 instead of $220. For this latest visit, they billed me $350 after insurance, despite completely failing to diagnose or treat the condition. Again, they agreed to offset the bill—but never did. Every time you follow up, they say someone will get back to you to resolve it. No one ever does. In the end, you’re forced to pay, even if they double-charge you—because if you don’t, it could hurt your credit score. A complete failure. A complete scam.
PAs: Chase and Mckenna are very excellent and professional medical providers. They are very patient, and friendly. they give every single patients enough time in order to lesson to their concerns, they also explain in detail the diagnosis..We have both of them for all of my family members. They took care of all of my kids better than other speciality doctors.. Very good bedside care. Most of the front desk employees are very nice. Customer service is very good in this place. Clean and well organized clinic. Small skin surgery, Lab work, and x-ray are provided by this location.
Great customer service from Tiffany, Lila, Huda, and Magdalena. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The waiting area was clean, bright, and inviting with plenty of seats. Aarushi was my medical assistant on a subsequent visit. She, like the others, delivered great caring customer service! Her beautiful smile made my day!
