I received a power chair from them it had issues from the start the speed control don't work and never did. I called when it left me stranded and a service person came in a couple days kind of fixed the issue but not the speed control just programed it to full speed. I can live with that I had the batt replaced no problem now I need new batteries again and had to jump through hoops to get them been waiting way longer then it should take only to here excuses I am dependent on the chair it seems like thare are other places to get batteries why I have to wait months is not even acceptable.
I was getting great service response from their tech Corey anytime I had a issue with my Golden Companion 440. But Corey doesn't work there anymore and they have no one to service my scooter. I was involved in a vehicle accident and my mobility scooter was in the bed of my truck when I rear ended another pickup truck that stopped in front of me for at the time unknown reasons my scooter hit the bed of my truck pushing it and the back of the cab in by 4 inches. My scooter will not run for longer than a mile or 2 before the accident I was getting about 10 to 15 miles out of it everytime I used it. Need a place for service since they are no longer maintaining or carrying mobility scooters or chairs
My Father has been getting diapers delivered from this company for a few years now and the service is just never consistent. It seems as though they have started to use different shipping methods/companies and there are always delays and miscommunication. Packages have been sent to the wrong address, they have not been left at our door because for some strange reason a signature was needed (which was never the case for 3 years prior) and currently out most recent delivery is 4 days late. Customer service is friendly but not always the most helpful and often time don’t really know what they are talking about. I worry about the elderly who have to deal with this company alone and have no one to speak on their behalf. Please do better!
Esta fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. Mi hija y yo entramos después de una cirugía dolorosa e incómoda para obtener equipo y no solo fuimos tratados de manera ruda, sino que nos hicieron preguntas inapropiadas e ilegales sobre mi condición. Tenía una receta de mi médico que proporcionaba toda la información necesaria. Cuando señalamos esto, el dueño no nos atendió y nos dijo que consiguiéramos nuestro equipo en otro lugar. No hay excusa para tratarnos con tan poco respeto cuando lo que necesitábamos era ayuda y compasión en un momento muy doloroso y difícil. No puedo entender el motivo de ser tan cruel cuando uno más necesita apoyo y, ciertamente, no podría recomendar hacer negocios con ellos.
