Addison Auto Body did an outstanding job on my car. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and my car looks amazing. Jeremy kept me informed every step of the way with clear, timely updates, making the entire process stress-free. On top of that, they went above and beyond with a full interior and exterior detail, taking care of tough negotiations with the insurance company, and even taking care of a rental car charge discrepancy which truly impressed me. Excellent service, good communication, and top-notch results. I highly recommend Addison Auto Body!
Bring your car to Addison if you need repair work. They do an excellent job and the staff are wonderful. My car has a new bumper after I got rear-ended and it's good as new
Addison Auto cracked my windshield while fixing my MINIs rear end collision damage which happened on August 13 2025. They claimed that it happened because I had a tiny rock chip & that during the heated paint drying process on the rear portion of my car that the windshield cracked & that I'm on the hook for it. I did not have any chips on my windshield. I know auto shops have supplemental insurance for such instances & I am extremely shocked at their lack of professionalism in the handling of this situation. I'm a long time repeat customer who has also sent many clients their way. I've been on a 1st name basis with the staff there since 2017 & I believed that they'd automatically set it straight. Instead I was told to go through my insurance pay my deductible & that they'd not pay anything although it happened in their shop while fixing the rear end damage on my car. It's sad that I had a high praise review here from 2018 & that now it's come to this. Plainly put, it's bad business & I contacted the BBB in November & have yet to hear from Addison Auto.
I’ve gone to many collision repair facilities over the decades with mixed results. the experiences were often pretty stressful. This time i decided to take an entire day. i popped into all the ‘select’ collision repair shops that my insurance company endorsed. I finally wanted to find a shop that felt like family, that i trusted and where i would almost look forward to taking my car to the next time it was randomly hit. i’d love to give you a report on all the places i visited and how uneasy i would have felt if i were stuck with any of them. some were shocking in their behavior and others just felt lackluster. i was almost ready to compromise on my values. the very last place i visited was Addison. my mind was blown from the get go. the way the body shop manager Jake Laino was immediately ON it. the way he intelligently and skillfully and kindly assessed the damage, taking pictures and explaining to me was another whole world for me. head and shoulders above all the other places i had interviewed. the operations manager, Tom Wenzel, was so genuinely concerned about taking care of my beautiful car, so authentic and trustworthy and amazing. there was absolutely no question that i had found my forever repair facility. Diana and Yvette at the front desk were so welcoming and detail oriented and rounded out the entire experience. there was a decent amount of repairs needed so imagine my surprise when it only took them 4 working days to finish the job! AND then going to pick it up and looking at the gorgeous work they performed was the frosting on the beautiful cake!! pure perfection!! i’ve been looking admiringly at my sleek car all day. I’m absolutely dazzled by the work Addison did and i’m equally dazzled by the good vibes i felt throughout the process! they are my heroes. I couldn’t be happier- or more amazed- by this phenomenal company. finding them was finding pure gold!
This auto body shop is very professional and makes the process as easy as it can be. I was in an accident so I had to use insurance. I noticed a rattling near the windshield on the driver’s side. Even though the lead mechanic said it wasn’t from the accident, he found out what the problem was by inspecting it. It now explains what I need to do next. I really appreciated that. Receptionist Diana was great and seems very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend this place for any auto body repairs!!
