If you have a criminal case. This is the firm to go to. I worked with Dan and Tommy. I was facing perhaps 25-40 years just from the accusations. 1 months later it came down to 10 years. Another month later it came to 1 year. Then the remaining year it stayed at suspended sentence and when we pushed it to trial it came to a $500 fine to a non violent crime. Which is expungible immediately. Tommy knocked sense into me telling me to put my ego aside and not take it to trial. I know some reviews here say these aren't trial attorneys; but even when I pushed it to trial Tommy was ready. The DA and I came to a stale mate. Pretty much if I had not taken the plea, they would have filed another continuance for 90 days. Fighting the state for 14 months is exhausting so naturally. I took the plea, paid the fine and now its expungible and the case will dissappear in 90 days. And no trial risk. Yes im out $500 for a crime I technically didnt do but, in 90 days I can say all this mess never happened. I hired 6 law firms for my divorce and I can without a doubt say Tommy's firm is number 1 without a doubt. You can probably create a nice Lincoln lawyer season out of my case. Very interesting story if you're not the main character! 😭
Just wanted to take a moment to say how professional Dan Markoff and his team are. I brought up a troubling issue with info sharing happening with the websites chat service. Dan handled the issue personally and then called me with his most sincere apology. As a previous client, I was simply reminded why they were my go to law firm this time.
