I brought my dog Garry in for his annual physical and shots. It was our first time therai the Adobe Clinic.. I was impressed with with all the Dr, office staff and the Vet Tech Andrew who Garry was very comfortable with. Will be taking him back for all his medical needs.
Dr. Phil is truly an incredible veterinarian and the vet we trust completely. Our dogs mean everything to us, and it brings us so much comfort knowing they are in his care. He genuinely listens, takes the time to understand our concerns, and always provides thoughtful, clear solutions. Dr. Phil explains everything in a way that makes us feel informed, confident, and at ease every step of the way. The entire staff is equally wonderful, kind, compassionate, and attentive; which makes every visit a positive experience. We are so grateful to have found a veterinary team we trust so deeply with the ones we love most. 🐾
Dr. Phil and staff took such great care of my Cisco (dog) for over 10 years to include his palliative care near the end of his life at 16 years of age. Now Adobe will care for my new family member Jenny (cat). Thank you Adobe Team for your great care and affordable costs.
Let me first start out by saying I never EVER submit reviews for businesses but I couldn't let this opportunity go. Sadly, our beloved family dog Sally passed away last week unexpectedly at a 24 hour emergency vet clinic in Gilbert. It was a middle of the night crisis. She had no prior health issues except for common allergies. Our pup never even had a cavity. She was healthy and under the care of Adobe Vet Clinic. Every time we took our Sally to the facitlty for a check up the front desk staff was always efficient and friendly. I also never felt like they pushed me into paying for things I felt would be unnecessary. I have taken her to Dr Ryan and Dr Phil. Both amazing. What really prompted this review is when Sally passed away I did give the 24 hour animal hospital info that Adobe was her vet while filling out her paperwork. After her passing they must have notified Dr Ryan because she sent me a sympathy card with a personalized note along with all of the staff who signed the card. Sally was my very first dog and I have never had to put a dog down before. It was just as painful, if not more, than if I lost a human family member. The compassion of this place just blew me away. In a world so broken our pets are family and I am forever grateful for the care and service from Dr Ryan and the staff at Adobe. Thank you so so much.
Came here for my cat after she had a senior moment lol. We took her to an emergency vet early in the morning and the er was too expensive so we waited to call until they were open and they got the vet on the phone AND were able to get us scheduled same day. The vet and all the staff were so kind and patient. Dr. Phil listened to all of our concerns and seemed to actually care. Pricing was also very reasonable for everything they provided! Thank you guys so much.
